DocumentsAnalysis and Forecasting of Customer Lifetime Value (LTV) for the "Premium Subscribers" Segment
Summary
1. Methodology:
Modeling Purchase Behavior: We apply BG-NBD models to estimate the probability of future transactions based on past transaction history. The model is parameterized by:
r (gamma parameter of the gamma distribution for purchase frequency),α (alpha parameter of the gamma distribution for purchase frequency),b (beta parameter of the beta distribution for the 'dropout' probability).
Forecasting Customer Lifetime Value: We use the gamma–gamma model to predict the expected average transaction value (E[i]), accounting for heterogeneity in average transaction values (CustomerID):
p (gamma parameter of the gamma distribution for monetary value)q (gamma parameter of the gamma distribution for monetary value)v (gamma parameter of the gamma distribution for monetary value)

How is Documentizer different from a regular chatbot?

Unlike general chatbots, Documentizer answers only based on the information from your uploaded documents. It does not use general internet knowledge, which ensures relevance of answers and confidentiality of your data. You control the sources for each chat.

How to start using Documentizer?

Just sign up, create a new workspace, upload your documents and start a new chat by selecting the files as sources.

What document types does Documentizer support?

We support popular formats: PDF, XLSX, TXT, Markdown, MP3. Direct text upload, links to websites and YouTube videos are also supported. The list of formats is constantly expanding.

Are there limits on size or number of uploaded documents?

Yes, to ensure stable system operation, the following restrictions apply: maximum PDF file size — 300 pages, maximum 10 pages in a PDF file attached to a single message in a workspace, up to 100 documents in one workspace

Can Documentizer generate new text based on my documents?

Yes! You can ask it to write theses, create a plan, formulate conclusions, paraphrase a complex excerpt, or even suggest ideas based on the provided information.

What are 'Workspaces' and why are they needed?

Workspaces are separate 'folders' for organizing your projects. Create a space for “Financial reports 2024”, another for “Market research”. This helps keep documents and chats structured and easily switch between tasks.
